Canoe Vézère - The Discovery Route

ActivitiesAlong the river

This is a short half-day getaway designed to capture the very essence of this place. It is one of the most peaceful places, where nature predominates, creating a timeless atmosphere.

The departure is from the nautical stopover of Tursac. From the beginning, you will discover many cluzeaux and the Château de Marzac, carefully hidden on its rocky spur. After having faced the cingle where the cliff seems to swallow you, you will reach La Madeleine, a troglodyte village with its own castle. With a few paddle strokes, you will reach “the End of the World”, where sailing under the majestic “cliff of the 7 brothers” is an unforgettable experience.

Get a 10% discount for each ride, whether child or adult.
Our bus first takes you upstream from the base of the river, then you go back down the Vézère at your own pace, without pressure, to the base where your car awaits you. Return scheduled at 7pm at the latest at the base, no stress!
