Enjoy a canoe trip (2 to 3 seats) on the Isle. You will find yourself in a natural setting for about 1½ hours over 5 km, starting from our rental base and arriving at the Cécérou bridge just after the Gué de La Roche. In complete tranquillity and independence, you will have the opportunity to cross three dams that have been fully equipped for canoeing. The club will take care of bringing you back to the base. Our rental base offers a high-quality welcome with parking, changing rooms, toilets and a relaxation area, just five minutes from Périgueux, accessible by car or via the greenway.

Additional information: Canoe for 2 to 3 participants (1 adult over 13 years old required in each canoe), not suitable for children under 5 years old. The time indicated does not include preparation and transport, nor any breaks during your trip.

Enjoy a canoe trip (2 to 3 seats) on the Isle. By choosing the Périgueux Crossing, you will arrive by canoe in the capital of Périgord and its majestic Saint Front Cathedral. This 11 km route offers a blend of nature and heritage. You will depart from the Barnabé guinguette and arrive at our base in Marsac sur l'Isle in approximately 3½ hours. You can depart in the morning, bring your picnic, and set off again in the afternoon after a meal on the banks of the Isle.

Canoë Marsac - Amicale Laïque Marsac Canoë-Kayak

The Marsac sur l'Isle club offers a wide range of canoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding activities for all ages at very affordable prices. Close to Périgueux (10 minutes from the centre), it has a car park and qualified instructors who can cater for all types of activities. You can also hire a canoe, kayak or stand-up paddleboard in a peaceful natural setting. Located in the heart of the Dordogne and accessible from Périgueux via the brand new train station, by bike via the Voie Verte cycle path or by car. Canoë Marsac is an association that works all year round to promote canoeing, kayaking and related disciplines for everyone!
