André Voulgre Museum
After a lifetime spent preserving the traces of the changes that Périgord had undergone since the 19th century, Dr André Voulgre bequeathed us his beautiful home nestling in the heart of a large wooded park. Today, the renovated museum presents a wide range of collections tracing the modernisation of Périgord through the art of living, craftsmanship, industry, the fine arts, agriculture and the evolution of Périgord society. The museum's scenography takes us on a journey of discovery of a multitude of objects, both everyday and extraordinary, but above all to meet the men and women who made them, used them, loved them and saved them. Take a stroll through a furnished 19th-century Périgord chartreuse and the museum's dozen or so rooms, and discover the other face of Périgord.

Open from 1 April to 31 May, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm.
Open from 1 June to 30 September, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm.
Open from 1 October to 31 March 2026, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm, except on public holidays.
Closed from 20 December 2024 to 4 January 2026 inclusive.
